Service and Eco Off light on constantly.
I have a C4 Grand Picasso 2014 2.0 blueHdi engine Exclusive+, which I have just had serviced by Evan Halshaw Citroen dealer but the service light stayed on, they done 5 recalls and changed a wiring loom to the Start stop ecu apparently, which made no difference has anybody got a reason for it please.
I have read its due to water getting into the connectors of the Start stop ecu but can't find a tool to remove it to check, it seems to be a different type of nut.

Where to start...
Hi all, I have a Grand Picasso 2007 1.6Hdi 110 manual and have the engine management light on, with depollution lighting up and handbrake faulty, economy mode on.The car keeps cutting out but will re-start after key is removed but only for about 10 seconds.
Having looked on the forum, possible culprits are the under bonnet fusebox, egr valve, or even the battery(12.7 volts)
Which one would you try first?.....fusebox???Any suggestions very welcome

C4 VT 2005 Steering Wheel control help
Today I had to change replace my battery in my C4 VT
Went to go into the settings to change KMH to MPH.
The right wheel on the steering wheel isn't working.
Just wanted to know any ideas on what is faulty or is there any other way of changing the speedo units without using the steering wheel

Intermittent fault, say "engine fault,, take for repair"
I have a 2014 1.6 gp exclusive +, a few days ago I got a warning sound and the warning on the top display saying "Engine fault, take car for repair" at the same time eco turns off.
The car drives perfectly fine and it doesn't happen all the time.
Any ideas or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for looking

The warning comes on the top display saying "Engine fault, take car for repair" at the same time eco turns off. The car drives perfectly fine and it doesn't happen all the time. What should be INCLUDED in service?

My C4 GP has had 3rd service done by Citroen dealer in June'17 at 10k mileage (yes, the last owner did only 10k in 3 years).
Now the 4th service is due on June'18, even though its only done around 5k since after the 3rd service (since June'17- last service), what should be included in this 4th service?
Should it be a full service (New engine Oil, fuel filter, oil filter and pollen-cabin filter) or a small service (only Oil change)?
What else, checks should be included in this service?

Tyre Pressure monitoring system
I keep getting a fault indicator stating that the Tyre Pressures are not being monitored, it will clear off the screen very quickly, but remains in the fault log you can view from within the car until you switch off when it clears completely. Citroen Dealer have looked and found no fault with sensors or fault codes stored. So cannot offer a solution. Other than having them turned off completely I do not know what else to do, but the beeping once (sometimes twice) during each journey is annoying.
Anyone seen this before or have any solutions to offer?

Bluetooth Audio as Default Source

I currently use a memory stick in the car but want to utilise my Spotify subscription in car. It works perfectly but whenever I restart the car the default source changes from Bluetooth. Is there any way to force Bluetooth as a source on startup?

Windscreen drain flap valves missing and gearbox fault
Hi folks, I have a 2011 GP with semi-auto gearbox. There has been an intermittent warning light for a gearbox fault showing up over the past while, always goes away though. Brought it to the dealer and they said it needs about 5 grands worth of work. Local backstreet garage ran diagnostics too and found fault 5FF which seems to be linked to water in the BSI. Also realised today that the fault usually appears when it's raining. I went to check the flap valves for the windscreen drains behind the wheel arches to see if they were blocked and found they were gone! I didn't remove them, and they were there a few years back, so the dealer removed them at some point during a service. So, two questions...is it a problem that these valves/tubes are missing entirely, and could this lead to spurious warning lights?

2007 2.0hdi C4GP semi-auto electrical gremlins!!
Hi everyone, new to this group so be gentle with me....
I have owned this car for a couple of years now, purchased it from my sister as she no longer needed a 7 seater. Well not long after that is when the faults began. Basically had engine bay ECU replaced along with battery, all seemed fine. Then had it off the road for a bit as was not using itdue to iffy airbag suspension. Removed them myself and changed to springs, now don't have an issue with that anymore. But what I do have an issue with, which i thought may have been weather related, is whilst driving on the motorways I get the fault flash up saying ESP/ASR SYTEM FAULTY & AUTOMATIC HANDBRAKE SYSTEM FAULTY, then it goes into a kind of limp mode where gear changes seem to hold the clutch for a bit longer, but if i switch to manual the gear change is a bit easier. Also on recent service it came up with a few other codes. Could anyone shed any light on my minor issues please?
The codes are as follows:
P0299 Turbo pressure Signal low

P2562 Turbo valve signal low

whining noise
i have had a whining noise at the front end for some time so i did what i was thinking the problem was witch was front discs and pads well the whining is still there so found out that when i drive the car and go up and down the gears while i put the clutch in it stops as i let the clutch back out it starts again but can not here it when the car is just ticking over

Adaptive cruise issue
Hi All,
My adaptive cruise seems to have developed an issue, before I ask dealer to have a look thought I would ask the good people on here if anyone has had similar.
When set to adaptive the cruise will not engage, it says 'conditions unsuitable' when set to normal cruise mode it works perfectly. as far as I can tell the front radar is working as the distance to vehicle in front shows correctly when the upper screen is set to 'driving' mode.
Any ideas?

2.0 manual - very heavy clutch?
Hi All,
Had our GC4P 2.0 Exclusive+ (2015) for about a month now. Within a few days we noticed the clutch had the 2-stage / sticking problem, so the master cylinder was replaced under warranty. The problem now is the clutch pedal is very heavy (seems a bit worse when hot) to the point my wife finds it difficult to drive in city traffic.
I tried it yesterday, and within 10 minutes of stop-start traffic on the M40, my leg was aching and my foot was going dead! Previously had Qashqais, Scenics, Sportages, and never had a clutch pressure like this - also the gear lever seems very notchy and clunky!
Any advice appreciated - is this a characteristic of a 2.0 car, or is my clutch on the way out?!? (35,000 miles).

Top Screen BLANK when putting car in REVERSE gear...

Basically, when Putting the car in reverse gear, the top screen goes blank. When in Neutral, Auto, Manual gear... it is fine.
Its been the 3rd month since I have had this car and honestly, things aren't looking any good for me. Last week had the injector changed as the car lost power all of a sudden on A road driving at 60mph and now, this new screen issue.
Any info, please share.

air con faulty blows hot air
I have a 06 c4 coupe 2.0 hdi , had air con serviced and refilled , everything ok no leaks pump ok job lot but theres no cold air its blowing hot air continuously everything works as if going to blow cool air but thats it no cool air at all.....the main air con switch what starts the main fan does nothing any ideas ive tried everything thank you ??

c4 GP 1.6 hdi engine hesitate under load
Hi. 6 months ago I bought a c4 picasso 1.6 hdi. It turns out that the car had few issues.
I have changed egr valve, twice, maf sensor, twice, glow plugs and the map sensor. But after weeks of being with mechanic, he is unable to fix the hesitation on the car. It happens only under load or on incline. Car got pending code p0409, but it will disappear after engine restart.
Car is working fine when Maf sensor is unplugged. New sensor will not fix the hesitation.
I find a air leak close to air doeser. Got it fix (made a new gasket). But it made no change to the hesitation. I just running out of ideas what can be wrong with the engine.
Any advice will be appriciated.

Paint bubbling
I have some paint bubbling and coming off on the panel on the A pillar drivers side. Anyone know if these come off or is it best repaired in situ. I`ts a C4 Picasso 61 reg Icare colour. Also is there any paint codes or numbers for this colour too, thanks guys.
