Hey people! Good evening to everyone!
I'm new to the community, from Croatia and owner of citroen for a bit over a year now

With expansion of the family I was searching for a right family car for me and in the end decided it is citroen grand c4 picasso. Definitely.
With that said, I really hope someone will know an answer to my question which is driving me crazy and I thank you in advance for that
I was a proud owner of 2016 grand c4 picasso, 2.0hdi manual transmission, intensive package, and was fully satisfied with it. Few months ago I decided to upgrade it for new 2017 model, same engine but exclusive package and I generally like it. Except for one thing.
Steering wheel.
In the old model steering wheel was with 4 groups of keys on it, and I used all of them extensively. Now I got highest package of equipment offered and got steering wheel with only 2 groups of keys (upper ones). Location where bottom keys should go are just flat surfaces as if something is missing there, or not installed.
I can't describe my disappointment after I saw that. I asked at my dealer and got answer that it's facelift, citroen decided it's like that and that's it.
Later when I checked online for interior every single one has all of the buttons on the steering wheel. All of reviews, youtube videos, photos... So I don't understand why I got only half. Exclusive package...
Can it be something with region where the car is sold (I live in Croatia)? But then again - last model came fully equipped. Is it possible that somehow wrong steering wheel was installed (and is it even possible)?
If someone can shed any light on this I would be thankful, or at least point me in right direction where to look for it since I can't get any from my car dealer.
Thank you all in advance.
Greetings from Croatia.
Mate.
