Lights, wipers and heater fan turning on by themselves

Can anyone help me out here? I have an 08 C4 Grand Picasso and when I stop the car and take the keys out after about 10 min the wipers, lights and heater fan turn on by themselves. The only way to stop it from happining is to disconnect the battery. What could be causing this to happen or has anyone else had this problem?
