ESP/ASR Error - Is it the Brake Switch?

Hi Everyone,

Driving to work I got a ping noise and the ESP/ASR error on the dash, then Service light comes on and Cruise doesn't work until I switch off and back on again, then all's fine.
It happens in the same place or when I'm accelerating in 3rd, quite often up a hill.
I can't always make it happen though.

Reading up it could be this brake switch which is well documented here but I just wonder what anyone else thinks.
My Lexia diagbox gives the error B132B Button backlighting fault which points me towards maybe brake light...switch?
I don't know as it feels like it only happens when the car is under load for a 2-4 seconds say.
