Fuse Box help

I've been trying to sort an issue with rear door windows not working and can't seem to find a fusebox diagram that matches my glovebox fusebox.

its the fuse layout on the right I cant find a match for online or the forum.

my vin no if needed is VF7 UA9HZH 9J088661

Can anyone help?

Oh and now the heater has stopped working, no lights on the control panel
