Hi folks,
Sorry to bother you, my 2008 Grand C4 Picasso 1.8 Petrol VTR+ model, has developed a couple of annoying problems recently.
One is that I get a message on startup "Anti Pollution System Faulty", then the engine management light will remain on throughout the journey, the other is that the car has a slight misfire, but only under certain conditions.
If you start the car from cold, it starts and runs fine. If the engine is then warmed up on anything from a relatively short to a long run, then turned off, and you wait anywhere from about half an hour to an hour (or thereabouts), the car will once again start fine, but has what I think is a misfire, where the engine will be reluctant to rev when you pull away, and almost stalls, dipping the clutch, and giving it a good rev, seems to clear the misfire and then you can drive away with no problems.
Any pointers would be much appreciated.
