as my wife dented the door going out of a parking spot, I wanted to try and fix the dent as much as I could. I used a window suction cup with pretty good results, but needed to remove the door trim to try and fix the bottom part as the suction cup would not stick there.
this is how I did it.
first, removed the triangular plastic above the trim, there are 2 clips, I broke the lower one. but it sits firmly in place though.

there are 6 clips holding the trim in place, I used a big screw driver, carefully not to scratch the paint. broke 4 of the 6. trim sits firmly in place. no rattles.

I was amazed by the poor quality of the speaker, really light and looks of poor quality.
