I have a 2016 and a 2012 C4 Grand Picasso (lucky me!)
I need to update the sat nav on the 2012 model (It's a left hand drive if this makes any difference) as I'm driving down to the Canary Islands in the next few weeks.
This is going to sound really stupid but how do I know what model sat nav I have. Looking at the Citroen web site it could be one of 2, either the RT3 or RT4/5, also as there is no USB port I'm guessing it must read from a CD. I'm guessing it must update from the CD drive in the head unit then be ejected after updating.

I've had a search online and it appears to be the Myway system. I notice from Navteq it updates via an SD card... only I can't find a SD drive anywhere.. unless I can't see the wood for the trees!
