LED Tail light units

I can get hold of a pair of LED complete units from a breakers yard, that are fitted to a C4 Picasso Exclusive + 2014.
Can anyone tell me if they can be straight swapped onto my C4 Picasso Exclusive 2014 with normal tail light units?
