Blind Spot Monitoring keeps turning off

Hi,

On my 2014 Exclusive+ something strange has just started happening in the last few weeks, every time I start the car the blind spot monitoring is switched off and I have to go into the menu to switch it back on. Once it goes on it works fine. There are some times now when pressing the button causes the icon in the top screen to flash a few times and then remain off (complete with exclaimation mark on the on-screen button), then you have to try it a few times until it switches on properly. I normally never have this feature switched off.
Has anyone else had this happen?
