Hi. The warning about the risk of the particle filter becoming blocked has popped up on dash and the service light but after scanning with diagbox, there is no stored errors relating to the particle filter or additive. There is also no communication with the additive ECU?? Seems a bit of a coincidence this popping up on dash and i was wondering if this was a fake warning as i have had plenty of electrical gremlins and problems with fuses, i have had a few fuses out and replaced and battery diconnected etc and this alone gave me numerous warnings on dash. All the faults were cleared and not come back but the particle filter warning is still there. Does anybody have any ideas what to check? I have tried resetting the BSI, is there a fuse that controlls the DPF or additive tank?

Just seen i have the fault p1351 after re scanning - pre heating relay/glow plug permanent fault, looks like the relay is supplied power but no power to plugs therefore i would suspect a faulty relay. From my understanding the pre heating circuit is also required by the DPF system to work so hopefully a change of relay will sort it.
