P0088 P1351 and 0bd2 freeze frame data, help needed

Hi all. I recently bought a c4 Picasso 1.6 hdi. it has had a few issues. it has cut out a couple of times, eml on, depollution system faulty as well, along with the above fault codes. car starts up again fine, return home and when you get back in 10 minutes later there is no longer any warning lights on. extensive research seems to suggest the fuel pressure rail sensor but this has apparently been replaced. recent service including egr valve, glow plugs, cam belt. I have the obd2 freeze frame data from P0088, hopefully someone can interpret them
