I have a 2016 BlueHDi 150 Grand Picasso that recently started to overheat.
On lifting the bonnet it was apparent that the normally pristine engine compartment had been 'fine sprayed' with something.
Expansion tank was empty.
I followed the area with most spray residue which seemed to be around the left top of the radiator.
A high pressure pipe leads from the top right of the radiator (as far as it can tell) to the top of the expansion bottle.
Even though this pipe secured by four clips it unfortunately passes around one of the air con pipes. Here, over a period of three years, the constant rubbing has eventually punctured the pipe!
Does anyone know the part number for this (specialist) item? (or indeed how I can find out).
