Ok, so I have a annoying rattle which seems to emanate from behind or just underneath the center of the dash display.
I've read on here about the knocking noises which are related to ARB bushes and drop links. It doesn't sound like that. It's not coming from either side of the car. It's definitely in the center front of the dash. It's more of a plasticy (like a plastic box rattling around if you like) sort of noise which only happens over certain road surfaces, i, e cobbles and certain bumps in the road.
is it possible that it COULD be the ARB or drop links and the sound travels up through the body?
I've crawled all over the front end looking for anything loose but to no avail. Is removing the dash display and looking behind it an easy option? or don't even got there?
Also, just by looking, are you able to tell if it's the actual drop links or ARB?
