C4 Picasso 2007 Petrol 1749cc engine - Fuse Box Relay

Hi All

can somebody please tell me if i can replace the relays under the fuses
in the picture

car seems to be cutting of when driving ,

there seems to be a relay here thats continously click on and off


can i change these small relays under the fuses or do i need to get the whole box changed
