Grand C4 Picasso 2007 auto gearbox - does it need a transmission fluid change?

Hi,

I've recently bought a 2007 grand c4 picasso, 2.0l diesel vtr automatic and I've heard that it might be beneficial to change the transmission fluid. The gear changes aren't totally smooth and wondering if it'll actually make a difference? Mileage is 63000 so still pretty low.

Any experts have any advice?
