During our continental holiday, my wife used the electric sunroof blind. Last week we realised it was still close and we tried to open the blind but it wouldn't retract. So I called the agent and got an appointment for today with a warning that it may require a new blind (probably at horrendous cost, but it is under warranty)
So I took it in this morning and got a call after about an hour. Seems that it needed a reset (don't know why). all you have to do to reset it is to hold the button dowe for several seconds! Just passing this on in case anyone else has a similar issue!
