What's the name of that part?

Hi guys, I have a GP Exclusive 2007 2.0 HDI, just got under the car to secure the under the engine tray and I seen that bar in the photo is missing on the passenger side. I tried to search for it on the internet but can't find it as I don't know the name of it.
