Changing sun visor in C4 Picasso

Hi there

The metal wire has snapped and some of the plastic has broken (who need children right!!) So I need to change the whole thing. Now I can get hold of a second hand set for a very reasonable price (they might get a Christmas present this year!!) But I need to see if I can fit it or take it to a garage so need to see if there are any instructions / video of how to do this.

Any help would be appreciated.
