Continuing extended warranty?

Hi All,

My CITROEN extended warranty is about to expire. SAY It is going to expire tonight at 12 AM. Could I renew NEXT day after 12 AM? If I choose NOT to renew it will I get another chance to get an extended warranty from CITROEN?
