My car won't start

Hello.

I am typing this for my father as he can't communicate in English. I don't have any car or technical knowledge so I will try to explain our problem as well as I can.

Our problem started a few weeks back, when suddenly the car started trembling when on. We've since sent it to a garage service to have it fixed. Unfortunately, they weren't able to fix the problems and so we're left with nothing but a car that now won't even start.

Our problem right now is that when we try to start the car and the ignition goes off, some kind of fuse goes off and it fails to start. We get a "STOP" message on the display with the warning of trouble with the handbrake.

I hope I've explained the problem well. I'm not that old and in advance sorry for poor car knowledge.
