Ultimate phone holder

Hi
As promised in another thread, here is my version of ultimate phone folder for Picasso.
Was inspired by video found on youtube (original video is here) Great idea, but personally hate cheap chinese holders and using just freshener insert without silver knob makes it wobbly (which is clearly visible on the video), as locking bits are split between freshener knob and insert.
Drilling original knob is not an option for me, as I hate damaging original parts. If ever decided to do modifications, always used spare parts purchased separately, so every modification I made is easily reversible. So is this one.
Next hurdle - spare knob is hard to find, new from dealer is £17, used above £10 plus delivery. No, I won't pay more than £10 for a tiny piece of plastic. So I decided to do it from scratch.

Silicone mold to create a copy:

Freshner with knob, all holes filled with blutack to avoid filling it with silicone, blutack stand (which will create a hole in mold to fill it with resin), sprayed with silicone for easier removal

Why I'm doing it? As already mentioned, don't like cheap chinese holders. Been using Nokia holders for years, actually using CR-123 - probably best holder on the market.
It can be easily dismantled:

and finally my point - was looking how to attach ball joint to freshener insert:

Finally it's here -exact copy, easy to work with and untouched original:

Now it will be easier:

I could glue it together, but, as you probably remember, I hate permanent, non-reversible solutions. Hence thread locker instead:

(thread locker is blue, it's painted black for better look)

And finally:

Perfect phone holder done. Not blocking air vents, not blocking buttons. Everything easily reversible, you can have dash as before and fully working CR-123 holder.
Mission accomplished.
