ODB2 Port and Fuse Box in Facelift C4GP

I have a 2018 C4GP. A ocuple of questions...

(1) I am thinking about buying an ODB2 dongle. In the -6C temperature this morning I had a look and coudn't find the ODB2 port. Where is it? I had a look in the passenger glove box, and below.
(2) I want to wire in a dashcam. I can get a power lead that is wired in parallel with an existing fuse. I had a look at the fuse box next to the battery and it looks promising however I will need to feed the wire into the cabin. How would you suggest I do this?
