Upgrade OS and Maps on a 2014 Grand Picaso

Hi folks,

I imported a 2014 (October) Citreon C4 Grand Picaso Exclusive from the UK.

The maps are out of date and my Galaxy s7 is unable to connect via bluetooth or USB.

I am looking to update the OS, the maps and the bluetooth on the system without going to a dealer (as they will most likely tell me get lost) if that is possible.
I tried updating maps through MyCitreon but it points me to a site to pay £64 to update the maps.

System Version: SMEG5.1.E.R2 (16/12/2013)
Map Version: DbDw_275/Gr_405
Bluetooth Version: 1.2.0 (2013)
Display Version 30.10 (16/12/2013)

Does anyone have tutorials on where to get the software and perform an upgrade on the above items to see if it fixes the S7 connection issue?
