Picked up our new 2015 2.0 150 BlueHdi C4 Picasso exclusive plus in shark grey yesterday and drove home to Norfolk from Robins & Day Birmingham. I'm very impressed so far. The car is very low mileage, at just over 4200 miles and is exceptional condition, wheels are in perfect condition, no dings, scratches or stone chips at all, it has only been owned by Citroen sales manager from new and been looked after.
We noticed the 7" display looked blurry after 20 minutes of setting off from the dealership but it was a patch of condensation inside the display that cleared within an hour or so of further driving. Maybe where the car has stood up as thye have had it on the forecourt for 6 weeks or so. All good now.
This is the first car we've had with DAB radio and phone connectivity, streaming over bluetooth etc so really looking forward ti getting the music set up and phones ocnnected later. Being able to listen to the cricket on 5 live TMS all summer will be bliss for me and drive the wife potty. Kids will no doubt expect me to load up some music by bands I''ve never heard of but I will put plenty of 'Dad Rock' in there as well (Stones, Beatles, Clash, [%*^#@!] Pistols, Zep, Skynyrd etc)!
I have a few questions, if anyone can help?
1) Mats. None supplied, I want to buy the 'luxury velour' mats that would have come with the car when new. Where is best place, local Citroen dealership? Any idea on price?
2) Air fresher refills? Where is best place to buy?
3) I'm sure it's in the handbook somewhere but I couldn't see it, can you confirm the spec of the oil to use, also recommend a particular oil?
4) When not using the sat nav for guidance but just to display location, is there anyway to have the map on the top screen but radio/audio display on the bottom screen? When I switch to radio display the top screen loses the sat nav screen?
5) is there any advantage/disadvantage to the 3 display theme choices? Do you have a preference?
6) Sat Nav. Is there anyway to check what the latest chargeable update that is available is? The sat Nav threw a wobbly on the way home at the new layout at M6/M1 interchange and we missed the A14 somehow as the new route was not mapped.
